Dear Ms Nyawara
I refer to your two letters dated 12 August 2022 and I write to confirm that I wish the matters to be referred to the “Independent” reviewer of complaints.
The grounds of my requests are that:
no rational, let alone right thinking, human being could possibly have reached the conclusion stated in the letters;
the matters considered by the Investigatory Committee bear little relationship to the matters set out in my complaints;
the statements made to Bloomberg show beyond all doubt that the representations of Messrs Beckwith and Roberts that their crimes were as a result of someone else working from home without access to the underlying documents are palpably false;
the loan documentation shows beyond all doubt that Messrs Beckwith and Roberts knew the COVID loans were fraudulently taken out by a company they stated was dormant and had never traded when that was not the case.
For the avoidance of all doubt I confirm that I am quite happy for the matter to be reported to the Police, Crown Prosecution Service and HMRC’s fraud division.
The Independent Reviewer should be aware that ICAEW has falsely sworn to the High Court (QB-2021-003636) that my complaints to ICAEW have all been without merit when that is wholly untrue. All my complaints, without exception, have been upheld but ICAEW has simply determined that none of them meet some internal unexplained “threshold” for disciplinary action in order to protect “the Shiny Badge” referred to in its own “how members should deal with complaints” statements.
The Independent Reviewer should also be aware that in the matter of the proven criminal offences committed by “Deloitte” and ICAEW itself, the failures to maintain the Register of Statutory Auditors continues to this day with many further offences and inconsistencies shown in the records of Companies House and the Register.
It seems abundantly clear that ICAEW now stands for “Incompetent, Corrupt And Even Worse” and that the prosecuting authorities will have to become involved is there is ever to be any public trust in any statutory function carried out by ICAEW.
Under these circumstances the Public has a right to know, and to try and remedy the cover up of the crimes committed by ICAEW and hundreds of its members, and I am therefore making copies of all the documents in this matter, and this email publicly available via my blog at https://beckwithcovidloans.blogspot.com/
